Short Introduction on artist and teacher Prabat
Bal
Prabat Bal is the son of Master Chandra Bal, who taught Harish Johari the wash painting technique, which Harish later developed into his own Harish Johari Wash Painting Tradition.
At current, Prabat Bal teaches art at a school in the city of Bareilly.
