There is a very interesting and growing market
for good indian spiritual art, both in the East and in the West.
If you are a an offline art gallery who understands that, then you
have arrived at the right place.
Sanatan Society groups an important number of high
quality artists that make fantastic paintings depicting hindu
gods and goddesses, scenes of famous indian epics and simply inspiring
indian scenes. For expositions, several approaches are possible,
combining artists and subjects to give a complete overview of this
style and general subject or focusing on the contrary on one particular
god, goddess or epic. There is also a lot of background information
available for promotional purposes on the Harish
Johari Painting Tradition, which most artists on these websites
follow.
Today, we can offer an exposition to be organized

We strongly believe that :
- the sales of actual paintings at our online art
galleries can be strongly stimulated by exposition in your offline
art gallery, because people like to see a painting in real-life
before buying it.
- the sales of actual paintings at your offline art
gallery can be strongly stimulated by the wider marketing power
of our online art galleries
OPTION 1 : You expose
some of the paintings of our artists and Sanatan Society is promoting
these paintings as well as your offline art gallery online . In
this case, you do have to take care of getting the painting to the
buyer, while of course being compensated for any third party-costs
involved in sending it. These costs are paid by the buyer of the
painting. Obviously, the sales price must be the same online and
offline.
OPTION 2 : If you
prefer doing your own promotion independently of our online art
galleries, please do not hesitate to contact us anyhow. It is
the choice of our artists if they want to expose some of their paintings
at your offline art gallery or not. In that case, the painting would
not be placed on our online art galleries and you would be free
to make any deal with them. Sanatan Society is created by and for
the artists, so whatever is best for them is fine.
OPTION 3 : A particular
subject is the Life of Ganga series (up to 50 paintings - see the
Life
of Ganga Page). They represent a fantastic work of art but
the paintings are not for sale. Only reproductions are. Since it
was the first series of this size that the artist Pieter Weltevrede
made, he does not want to sell it but offer it to a hindu temple
in India. Before that happens however, he would like the paintings
to make a tour of the West first. Art galleries that would like
to take part in this exposition tour may of course combine it with
other paintings that are part of this tradition and sell the art
reproductions and the book of the Life of ganga Series. More info
